Competing in Adjacent African and Asian Markets

In this Case Study, see how our experts assisted a construction and engineering customer compete in a global, adjacent market.

Challenge

Our client is a worldwide leading construction, consulting, remediation, and engineering services firm with commercial and governmental clients across the globe. In spite of their growing portfolio of work, the client was looking to compete in an adjacent market space within multiple African and Asian countries that required modification to their standard development processes. The client’s business development team engaged Res Rei Development to support their competitive bid for obtaining a vendor contract on a project with a total ceiling value of $800 million. Of additional importance to the client, Res Rei Development brought African and Asian expertise to illuminate local supply chain options that would reduce total pass through costs to the end customer and improve our client’s overall competitive position for this particular project.
